Games will be available on Apple TV + in the following locations in addition to the United States: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Great Britain, Japan, Korea, and Mexico.
design: If you’re using other Apple products, many Apple TV+ streaming elements — such as the start menu graphics — will look familiar and consistent. The simple, clean aesthetic features the company’s classic “SF Pro” typeface.
cameras: Broadcasts make use of the Megalodon camera, which produces extremely high-resolution footage, with a shallow depth of field. This creates a sharp focus on the subject of the shot – a cinematic feel that adds to the drama of the moment.
Integrated stats: If you are a fan of baseball and numbers, “Friday Night Baseball” has introduced a new feature that will keep you entertained throughout the game. The integrated statistics function, displayed unobtrusively at the bottom right of the screen, displays constantly updated probability numbers on a step-by-step basis. The respective scale is rotated and constantly takes into account the specific game state. For example, what is the probability that a hitter will produce an RBI when he encounters a 2-1 throw with the runners on the first, second, and one outside?
tune tracker: Guided music is a way for hitters to show off their flair and connect with fans, and “Friday Night Baseball” pretty much kicks the experience for home viewers. When a home team member comes to the board for the first time in the game, the Apple Music pop-up in the lower right will select their walking song.
new Horizons: Apple TV+ broadcasts focus on having a new and diverse set of voices calling out for games. One of the crew includes Melanie Newman (game after game), Russell Dorsey (analyst) and Tricia Whitaker (reporter), along with former MLB player Chris Young (analyst). The other crew consists of Stephen Nelson (game after game) and another former defense player, Hunter Pence (analyst), along with Katie Nolan (analyst) and Heidi Watney (reporter).
